Hello, I am Dr. Gurmeet Singh, a Licensed Psychologist in British Columbia, Canada. My own experiences with personal challenges, along with more than three decades of providing psychological care to individuals and families, have shaped my approach to helping others. I offer personalized and effective interventions for a range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress (PTSD), grief, parenting difficulties, relationship conflict, life transitions, sleep disturbances, disordered eating, and low self-worth.

I provide a non-judgmental, compassionate space for individuals of all ages, couples, and families to explore their concerns and begin their healing process. My focus is to help each person reconnect with their inner strength and energy.

To do this, I use scientifically proven methods such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy-informed approaches, and Mindfulness-based techniques.

Through these approaches, my goal is to guide you toward renewed understanding, resilience, and peace.
